Aux Epices is a restaurant of Malaysian French fusion food. The owners are Mei and Marc, wife and husband. The food is cooked by the wife while the husband chats with the patrons to discuss their thoughts of the ordered food. Their food is composed of sea sodium, butter, galangal, lemongrass, greens, and spices. The broth is grainy from the seafood not washed prior to cooking. The "specials" are a way to get rid of food close to expiration. Their desserts are mediocre. While the service is fine, the French food lacks potential.
